TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The USCCU Card Re-Engagement Program ("Program") is offered by USC Credit Union ("USCCU") and administered by Harness ("Administrator"). The Program is designed to reward eligible cardholders for using their USCCU credit cards.
ELIGIBILITY
Participation in this Program is by invitation only and limited to specifically targeted USCCU cardholders.
Eligible cards must be in good standing (not expired, closed, delinquent, or otherwise restricted).
Program eligibility is determined at the card level, not the individual level.
Employees of USCCU and their immediate family members may be ineligible to participate.
This program is only eligible for certain purchases. Not all transactions made with your registered card (including PIN-based transactions) are eligible toward this program. Do not use a PIN when making purchases if you want the transaction to be eligible toward this program.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
First Milestone:
The Initial Milestone is active for a 1-month period from {DATE} to {DATE}
To qualify for the reward, you must complete the spending requirement specific to your membership status using your eligible USC Credit Union Platinum Rewards Mastercard during the one-month program period.
Only purchases posted to your account during the program period will count toward qualification.
Balance transfers, cash advances, fees, interest charges, and account adjustments do not count as qualifying transactions.
Students - Program A
Milestone 1: Spend $150 or more to earn a $15 gift card fulfilled by Runa
Students - Program B
Milestone 1: Spend $150 or more to earn a $10 gift card fulfilled by Runa
Non-Students - Program A
Milestone 1: Spend $200 or more to earn a $20 gift card fulfilled by Runa
Non-Students - Program B
Milestone 1: Spend $200 or more to earn a $15 gift card fulfilled by Runa
Subsequent Milestone:
The Subsequent Milestone will be active for a 1-month period. The Subsequent Milestone period will begin on {DATE} and ends on {DATE}
Students - Program A
Milestone 2: Spend $100 or more to earn a $10 gift card fulfilled by Runa
Non-Students - Program A
Milestone 2: Spend $100 or more to earn a $10 gift card fulfilled by Runa
Note: Students - Program B and Non-Students - Program B do not have a Subsequent Milestone.
REWARDS
1. Rewards will be in the form of a gift card issued through Runa (www.runa.io) in the denominations specified above.
You will be notified via email when you have earned a reward. Instructions will be included within the email on how to redeem your reward. Actual rewards can take up to 7 days to be delivered after redemption.
Rewards must be claimed within ninety (90) days of notification or they will be forfeited.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold.
You are limited to one reward per milestone.
Rewards may be subject to tax reporting. The recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes, and compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
USCCU shall have no liability to you for any tax reporting, withholding or any other tax matters arising out of the Program.
COMMUNICATIONS
By enrolling in the Program, you consent to receive communications related to the Program, including but not limited to enrollment confirmation, milestone progress updates, and reward notifications. These communications may be sent via email, SMS text message, or displayed in your online banking dashboard.
PROGRAM MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
USCCU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice.
In the event of Program termination, USCCU will honor rewards earned prior to termination.
USCCU reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent activity or violates these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
USCCU and the Administrator are not responsible for:
Any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or human error
Any interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission
Any unauthorized access to Program information or materials
Any loss or damage that may result from participation in the Program
USCCU MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM OR ANY REWARDS.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.
PRIVACY POLICY
INFORMATION COLLECTION
To administer this Program, USCCU and the Administrator collect and use the following information:
Enrollment information (name, contact information, eligible card details)
Transaction data (date, amount, merchant category) to determine milestone achievement
Program engagement data (enrollment status, milestone progress, reward redemption)
INFORMATION USE
The information collected is used to:
Determine Program eligibility and milestone achievement
Communicate with you about the Program
Award and distribute rewards
Analyze Program performance and improve future offerings
Prevent fraud and ensure Program integrity
INFORMATION SHARING
Your information may be shared with:
The Program Administrator (Harness) for the purpose of operating the Program
Service providers who assist in reward fulfillment
As required by law or to comply with legal process
DATA RETENTION
Your Program participation data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
DATA SECURITY
USCCU and the Administrator implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
YOUR CHOICES
You may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting USCCU member services.
Withdrawal from the Program will result in the termination of your participation and eligibility for future rewards.
Withdrawal will not affect rewards already earned and claimed.
